Falcon-NEO2 software v2.0 has been released!
This software version provides the following updates:

- Physical Support for AFF4 capture: Physical capture within a single data archive using the open-source Advanced Forensic File Format 4 forensic container.
- Thumbnail View: Images can now be seen in a thumbnail view using the Falcon-NEO2’s built-in File Browser.
- Multi-Factor Authentication: Falcon-NEO2 utilizes a hardware token MFA using Yubico’s YubiKey 5 FIPS series of USB authenticators. The Windows Active Directory and Domain must already be set up to support YubiKey 5 FIPS Series authentication using the authenticator and PIN access.
- Triage: Available as a one-time optional purchase for serial numbers below 223000. Project VIC validated and compliant, the Falcon-NEO2 can triage files or folders on a Source drive and compare the hashes against a VICS Hash Database. All positive matches will be listed in the audit log file. A new, larger capacity Operating System SSD will be included with the optional purchase to support Triage.
- Mobile Device Capture: Available as an annual subscription for serial numbers below 223000. The Mobile Device Capture function is now a standard feature for all newly purchased Falcon-NEO2 units with serial numbers 223000 or higher.
