LIFE CHANGING!
LIFE CHANGING! Complete Sleep diagnosed me with severe Sleep Apnea and I had also been tracking it with my OURA ring. I could see all of the events I was having every night. I tried two different CPAP machines and I had panic attacks with both. The Clinician at CS explained everything so well and also told me because I was so severe I needed to be on a CPAP machine BUT if I couldn’t handle it to come back and that is exactly what I did. I continue to monitor my OURA ring and most nights I don’t have any episodes; I wake up refreshed and without the every morning headache. Nothing worked until I ran across Complete Sleep
My dentist had been after me for a couple of years to go to a dental sleep clinic here in Greenville, SC. I had a consultation, but they wanted me to do an overnight sleep study in the clinic. That completely turned me off, so I tried a bunch of over the counter mouth guards, etc. Nothing worked until I ran across Complete Sleep online. I got to do the sleep study at home, my insurance covered a big chunk of the costs, and the entire staff including Dr. Ramsey have been amazing and so professional. I was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea. The process took about 4 to 6 weeks, and I wore my night guard last night for the first time. No snoring at all and I feel so rested today!
