The Thousand Brains Project is a collaborative, nonprofit, open-source initiative that focuses on developing a new type of artificial intelligence based on our sensorimotor framework for intelligence, the Thousand Brains Theory.
As of January 1, 2025 the project has become its own nonprofit entity.
