Once all documents are received, you will receive a bill credit covering ETF amount up to max of $100 within 6-8 weeks provided account is maintained in good standing.

Optimum must be contacted within first 60 days of service to receive full refund. Customers without remaining account balance will receive refund to original payment method. Customers with remaining account balances will receive a bill credit. 60-DAY INSTALL / ACTIVATION REIMBURSEMENT: Optimum must be contacted within first 60 days of service to receive reimbursement of Internet competitor installation fee (up to $100) and/or Mobile competitor activation charges (up to $25). Customer must provide 1st bill reflecting installation/activation charges with competitor within 60 days of disconnection. Internet customers will be notified via email regarding how to submit new provider bill(s) for reimbursement.
