When 21-year-old college student Josh Hester moves back into the apartment of his youth, he finds a strange door leading to a fantasy RPG world with the ability to level up, raise his stats, and get his butt kicked by SERIOUSLY scary monsters. He also finds a dwarven witch with a penchant for nicking snacks from his fridge, a ranger who enjoys telling some of the grimmest tales Josh has ever heard, and a forever-fighting elven barbarian named Molly who’s fierce, bold, and usually forgets her pants. But what relationship does this fantasy world have with the babysitter of Josh’s youth, the death of his father, and why does a mysterious blurred man from this strange world want Josh SO completely and utterly DEAD?
