Fast & Reliable NVMe SSD Storage

We use high-quality NVMe SSD as storage connected via the Pi 5’s PCIe interface, delivering reliable super-fast read/write speeds up to around 800 MB/s, which is roughly 10 times faster than the best microSD cards.

IPv4 and IPv6 Network Connectivity

With your Pi server you will get one static public IPv4 address and an IPv6 /64 range. We operate our own autonomous system on the Internet and we have excellent global connectivity thanks to our peerings.

Raspberry Pi OS, Ubuntu, AlmaLinux or Alpine Linux Distribution

By default, your Pi is installed with Raspberry Pi OS (formerly known as Raspbian), the very latest version of the Debian-based Linux operating system for Raspberry Pi. Alternatively, we also offer Ubuntu Server, AlmaLinux and Alpine Linux as Linux distribution.

Located in Switzerland

Our company, including our secure and eco-friendly data centre, is located in Switzerland (Central Europe), in the charming city of Basel, just a step away from the borders with France and Germany.

ISO 27001-Certified Data Centre

Our data centre and company are certified ISO 27001 and are regularly audited by an independent external security company to ensure strict compliance with this internationally-recognised information security standard. Additionally, the data center undergoes ISAE 3402 audits and is fully compliant.

Using 100% Renewable Energy

Our entire infrastructure is powered by 100% renewable and locally-produced energy from the surroundings of Basel originating from various sustainable sources such as hydropower, solar energy, wind and even biomass.

Advanced Use Cases

Let us build your Pi cluster for you

Need higher performance and/or availability? With multiple Pi servers acting as single system, a so-called cluster, you can run many tasks in parallel or distribute services redundantly. A typical use case of such a cluster could be for micro services, containers, processing large amounts of data (e.g. Hadoop) or simply serving web apps and websites.

Run Kubernetes with Docker on your Pi Cluster

You always wanted your own Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) or even Function-as-a-Service (FaaS) cloud? Leverage the power of the Kubernetes cluster management software in combination with the Docker Engine container runtime to create your own "as-a-service" cloud on your Pi cluster.
