Plugwise guarantees perfect condition of its products, which do exactly what they promise you. Smart products with which you can measure, know, switch and save.
Still, for whatever reason, it can happen that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. In this case, you can exchange or return products purchased from the Plugwise web shop within 14 days, starting from the day of receipt.
Always contact our help desk first for this(Send a message). They ask you about your experience with the product and look for a suitable solution together with you.
Do you have a complaint after the expiry of the return period of 14 days? We do our best to find a solution together with you. In that case, fill in the form below.

If you do decide to return the product, please open an RMA request by clicking the button below. We will see how we can best help you. If the product does need to be returned, we will send you a return form. Only the costs for return are for your own account. After receipt of your return shipment, provided it is undamaged and in the original packaging, we will refund the full purchase amount to your bank account number (IBAN) within 14 days.
