Polynesian Adventure Tours, a family-owned and locally operated company, was founded in 1977 by Bob George and Don Brown, starting with a small fleet of vans. Over our 45+ year journey, we have earned a stellar reputation for our unwavering commitment to operational excellence, exceptional driver guides, modern and comfortable vehicles, and a genuine “Spirit of Aloha” that greets every traveler. Throughout our history, we’ve upheld a deep sense of Ohana, symbolizing family and unity in the Hawaiian language.

 

Today, Polynesian Adventure Tours stands as a highly respected operator of sightseeing tours across the four main Hawaiian islands. Our offerings encompass the awe-inspiring Haleakala Sunrise and the captivating Road to Hana on Maui, extensive tours of Pearl Harbor and the historic Battleship USS Missouri on Oahu, and thrilling day excursions to the magnificent Volcanoes National Park on Hawai’i Island. Our Kauai tours take you to famous movie filming locations, Hanalei, and the “Grand Canyon of the Pacific”  in Waimea Canyon

We recognize the use of linguistic markings of the (modern) Hawaiian language including the ‘okina [‘] or glottal stop and the kahakō [ō] or macron (e.g., in place names of Hawai‘i such as Lāna‘i). We recognize the importance of using these markings to preserve the indigenous language and culture of Hawai‘i and strive to use them in all forms of communications.
