I was fortunate to have been introduced to Matt Muratore and Proforma almost a decade ago. Immediately my professional life load was lifted as I had a right-hand person who could manage all our different printing needs utilizing the most cost effective printing method. I basically had a broker managing all of it so I could focus on content and many other marketing needs. We saved thousands of dollars by printing our conference materials internationally (places like Istanbul and Copenhagen) instead of shipping them there from the US. Once we had even printed several thousand Programs with a major spelling error on the front cover and Matt leveraged his ties with the international vendor to come up with a solution to save face (and executed the process).

Within a day from any request, I am given a presentation of options for any swag items we are looking for with samples to help us choose, or help us find creative solutions for a specific target audience. I am in a new role in a completely new industry and I still rely on Matt and his team to support me in many ways. From the tiniest “one-off” request to large scale procurements of various products, accessories and printed materials, Proforma can handle it all. Matt will also be the first to tell you if its not within his wheelhouse, or make recommendations to improve the quality of our order using his decades of expertise.
