The new approach to use systemd path is a lot cleaner than the previous approach using `rw/config/rc.local`. Everytime Mullvad updates the DNS settings in /etc/resolv.conf, /usr/lib/qubes/qubes-setup-dnat-to-ns will automatically be executed and update DNS settings for AppVMs.
