Shingles vaccine linked to slower biological aging in older adults: Along with protecting against the painful illness, shingles vaccination correlates with lower inflammation, slower epigenetic and transcriptomic aging, and slower overall biological aging in Americans age 70 and older.

Do you get this vaccine if you were vaccinated against varicella as a child and never had chickenpox?

DHEA-S, Testosterone and Free Testosterone going up.. adrenals normal?

Coming back to this to say that my prolactin levels ended up being normal. I also had an ultrasound done of a 2 cm cyst they found on my ovary but it looked normal.

I have not asked about NCAH. Tbh I missed that part of your comment, I’ll ask about it next time I talk to my endo.

Contact dermatitis or something started happening on one side of my face. I have it mostly figured out now but I went so long without wearing any to let my face heal that i got used to it

When have you witnessed an “expert” get it so wrong?

Was she in the hospital during that time? This sort of happened to my mom (intense migraine > brain aneurysm) where hers was weirdly shaped and they didn’t think they could do the low-invasive option of filling it with coils via her femural artery. She seemed stable so they moved her from ICU to a general ward or something for her to await brain surgery.. and that night it ruptured and she had a stroke. Right back to the ICU. Apparently it changed shape after that and they were able to repair it without brain surgery but she still had to have tubes put into her skull to drain the fluid and stuff.

Aww, cripes. I didn't know I'd have to write a description. How many words is that so far, like a hundred? Soooo, yeah. Mildly interesting stuff. Stuff that interests you. Mildly. It's in the name, ffs.

I do this too!! I have to put water in my mouth first then drop the pills in and swallow. If they touch my tongue I will gag and spit them out.
