The 12th gen i7 and great condition help though, so realistically $450-550, closer to top end if you're patient. r/hardwareswap or Facebook Marketplace are your best bets. I haven't tried to implement it yet, but I think partnering with creators is a good go if you have validated they have a loyal audience, even of a small size. Right now, for my marketing I have only implemented SEO and shows good signs so far. Will tell you when I implement affiliate.
