In 2020, ROOTS was born from a collaboration between FuCo Wine of Felix Chamorro and Giano Import of Leonardo Camboni and Paolo Falco.
Since then, we’ve curated an extraordinary wine bar where you can discover exceptional wines and indulge in a fantastic menu inspired by international classics.
