SC Performance & Coaching is based on the belief that high-quality movement underpins performance. Strength is developed through control and intention, while coaching is guided by evidence-based principles rather than trends or shortcuts.
With experience supporting athletes across youth to elite levels in multidisciplinary environments, every session is individualised, purposeful, and performance-focused, helping clients move well, train consistently, and develop long-term physical capacity.

This work is for performance-driven individuals and athletes across a variety of sports, from youth through to elite levels, as well as those outside of sports. It suits those who value technical precision, intentional training, and a considered approach to movement and performance.
Accredited Exercise Scientist (Bachelor of Exercise Science) with experience supporting athletes across youth to elite levels within multidisciplinary environments.
