Horizon C-B: A project to support Francophone immigration

Horizon C-B, a new project under the Government of Canada’s FISP (Francophone Immigration Support Program) initiative, supports Francophone immigration outside Quebec to strengthen the vitality of Francophone minority communities.
As part of the Action Plan for Official Languages 2023-2028, it helps preserve French, promote linguistic duality and meet bilingual workforce needs.
At the SDÉCB, we facilitate connections between international francophone talent and BC employers in the following sectors: healthcare, construction, technology and mining.
