After they did such a great job casting, directing and editing on Planet Zoo, it was an easy decision for us to turn to them again. The company is very kind to its employees with its remote working, friendly atmosphere, everyone being approachable, etc. I’m not just speaking for myself when I say that we all love working here and not just because it’s working in sound!
There is good career progression within the company! For example with me I started as an assistant composer having no real AA/AAA experience but in the 3 years I’ve been here I’m no longer junior and have even ‘lead’ some of the smaller projects and learned lots of new skills (dialogue editing, vocal direction, Wwise, etc).

There is a deep, deep love for our craft and every job is taken on with the simple, single-minded goal of “How can we make this sound AWESOME?” And, an often overlooked aspect of the role of an Audio Provider, all of the logistics around the creation and delivery of awesome audio are given a level of skill and dedication that few others companies can offer. It isn't just about creating the best assets, it's about communication with clients, clear indication of progress, timely feedback and thoughts about how we drive the audio past initial briefs and expectations. We're a part of the team, not just a company at the other end of the phone / email chain.

When I founded Soundcuts Ltd in 2011, I wanted it to be a place where passionate audio people - sound designers, technical sound designers, composers, music editors, dialogue designers, audio producers and directors could come and work remotely, creating high quality audio assets as a team, with like minded individuals. A team that could work closely together, sharing knowledge in a positive environment where anyone could feel comfortable asking questions, sharing opinions and feedback no matter what level of experience. I'm incredibly proud of the team we've created here. All of us go above and beyond to make awesome audio and give our clients the best experience.
