Manufacturing Facility

With facilities strategically located in Oman, the UAE, and KSA, we operate across a total area of 210,000 square meters. Our facilities are certified to ASME U, U2, S, PP, and National Board (NB and NB-R) standards, ensuring adherence to the highest quality and safety protocols.

Our capabilities extend to the design and fabrication of process equipment, heat transfer equipment, and skid/modules. We excel in piping cladding, piping prefabrication, workshop maintenance, and aluminum smelters, offering a comprehensive suite of services to meet diverse industrial needs.

MAINTENANCE

We specialize in turnaround and shutdown services, ensuring efficient plant maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency. Our expertise also includes workshop maintenance, providing comprehensive solutions to uphold the integrity and reliability of industrial facilities.

SERVICE CONTRACTS

Our comprehensive services encompass project management, engineering, procurement, construction, maintenance, pre-commissioning and commissioning, as well as handover and project close-out activities. Additionally, we offer ongoing technical support to ensure the long-term success of our projects.

STAREF, established in 2013, is a wholly owned subsidiary of STS Group, providing specialized construction and maintenance services to the growing Gulf Aluminium Smelting market.

TTI

STS prides itself on delivering technical training and development to its employees through its training business Technical Training Institute (TTI) in its own Technical Training Center. This center delivers both internal and internationally recognized training programs certified through CISRS UK and PASMA UK for scaffolding courses.
