Teema Teas began when a father started to worry about his two young girls. His daughters were growing up in a world that tells them they’re unequal. He searched for a place where women knew their strength, took charge of their lives, and watched out for one another. He found it in Thailand. He launched Teema to bring the vision of these women to the rest of the world.

Now rooted in the Texas Hill Country of Austin, Texas, we carry forward the philanthropic mission of TEEMA TEAS. Inspired by the influential women in his life, CEO and tea connoisseur Stewart found healing through nature, holistic wellness, and—of course—tea. These experiences deepened his awareness of global injustices and sparked a passion for driving change through creativity. Today, he remains devoted to TEEMA TEAS’ mission: advocating for every woman's right to shape their own future. Wth a steadfast commitment to social impact, he also works to educate communities on the rich cultural and historical significance of tea.
