TSI is a non-profit organization advocating for the education of systems thinking, as well as advancement and adoption of systems methods for addressing complex challenges in modern society. We provide project management, education and systems engineering services to the energy sector and related critical infrastructure systems.

Our principal objective since 2014 has been conducting the annual EnergyTech conference series, which has evolved in 2023 with SAE partnership into Energy&Mobility: Technology, Systems, and Value Chain Conference and Expo which was held September 12-15th, 2023 at the International Expo Center in Cleveland, Ohio.

 

 

Who We Are

Telepath Systems CEO John JuhaszJohn Juhasz Sr., CEO

Founder & Exec Director of Telepath Systems, Inc – John’s expertise in analytical methods, general/executive management, start-ups, design engineering & development, project/program mgmt, have served his successes working in the Energy, Automotive, Aerospace, and Telecommunications sectors.

John was assigned 9 patents in the field of automotive electronics / systems for truck adaptive braking and on-board information systems, is the developer of “Tripmaster”, a product for heavy vehicle system diagnostics & monitoring, and contributed to OnStar vehicle system development at OPEL/ GM-Europe. He has a BSEE and MSEE from Cleveland State University, an MBA from University of Detroit, has served as an Adjunct Professor for 7 years teaching in IT, Quantitative Methods and Decision Theory to Executive MBAs.

John Juhasz is an INCOSE Lifetime Member (joined nCOSE in 1991) – is current co-chair of INCOSE Power & Energy Systems Working Group, co-Chair of INCOSE Critical Infrastructure Protection & Recovery Working Group, is a member of InfraGard NDRC, Sector Chief – InfraGard NEO Energy Sector, and former member of IEEE, SAE, and AIAA.

 

 

 

Szilvia JuhaszSzilvia Juhasz, CFO

Author, speaker, and business intelligence consultant and trainer, Szilvia Juhasz has a longstanding career in finance and data analytics for a variety of corporate, non-profit, and academic clients. Her consulting practice was built on optimizing front-end analytical tools and business reporting solutions. She has led groups of mathematicians, engineers, programmers and dozens of CFO’s with mission support and analysis systems, and nurturing sustainable data-driven cultures.

Raised on a systems thinking approach, Szilvia is uniquely seated to assume the role of Chief Financial Officer. “I bring the tools and practical application methods to support the network and mission that my father has built, and am honored to serve his legacy and the Telepath vision with relevant and innovative information architecture.”

 

 

 

Miguel HaroMiguel Haro, Strategy & Operations Manager

Trained in economics and data science, Miguel began his career in data-science roles focused on marketing. Through a consulting business he founded, he helped small businesses automate operations and build reporting pipelines that give owners clear visibility into customer relationships, customer success, and performance. At Telepath Systems, he researches U.S. microgrid policy and active projects, supports day-to-day operations, and contributes to outreach and marketing. He’s especially interested in how policy choices play out on the ground—drawing on game-theory thinking about incentives and coordination—and in bridging data science with microgrid technology to improve analysis and communication.

 

 

 

Mark SandoMark Sando, Marketing Director

Mark Sando is a creative marketing executive known for expertise in leading multi-channel marketing, creative strategy, and media campaign initiatives in the hospitality, entertainment and energy industries. Mark is passionate about crafting marketing narratives that engage audiences by connecting them to the powerful stories of energy resilience and innovation.

Rich Croft, Creative and Technical

Rich is a creative, consultative partner in developing web and marketing solutions. He has a BA in writing composition from Denison University, and in an effort to bridge his IT skills and visual storytelling, he founded a web design business in 2002 that also offers photography services. “Working with different types of clients is very satisfying. The energy that comes from start-up entrepreneurs is contagious, and I really value the teamwork and best-practices I’ve seen from well-established businesses. In the end, we’re all in the business of people.”
