To notify us of a TSP participant’s death, call the ThriftLine. Please be sure to have all the information we need to process the report.

Use the post office box to submit the following to divide a participant’s TSP account:
- a divorce decree
- a retirement benefits court order (RBCO)
- a child support court order (CSCO)
- a power of attorney, guardianship, or conservatorship order
- a Privacy Act request
- a summons, subpoena, service of process or associated correspondence
You can submit some court orders through the Court Order Center.
