In each machine, we have 197 tool places. Normally, machines have only 27 places as standard. Unisign increased the number of tool places especially for us. As we machine a variety of materials, we also need a variety of tooling.
With the UNIPORT6000-HV-OG, we now have more machining options to choose from. We can take on a wider variety of orders and deliver products of an even better quality.

The CNC machines from Unisign are very precise. Whenever precision is at stake or whenever complex components are being produced, the Unisign machines are always our first choice for machining.
This total concept (3x UNICOM with an FMS) for drilling and milling enables us to be very flexible. For our point of view, it therefore represents a good, cost-effective solution that will keep us competitive.
