Meet the Founder

Yasmin Nguyen is a nervous system-informed breathwork facilitator with a background in somatic practice and the anthropology of trauma. She holds a BA in Human Sciences from Oxford University and an MA in Medical Anthropology (China Studies) from Peking University.

While based in London, she has guided over 300 sessions across 7 countries.  She is a Visiting Practitioner at Kamalaya Koh Samui, a Resident Expert Practitioner at COMO Shambhala Urban Escape London, and a Breathwork Therapist at Bodywise Natural Health London.

Her work is especially supportive for people who feel anxious, overwhelmed, numb, or stuck despite being “emotionally intelligent” or years of talk therapy.
