Helpfully, my phone died yesterday. This coupled with a lack of Internet means I'm pretty much incommunicado at the moment.

I'm going to try and get it fixed later, if I can't then I'll have to do one of those great "post numbers please" entries.

So it's been a while since my last post (and people have come and gone from my flist, what?).

Remember I was going to write an epic post about the Feb 10th raid? Well, I never managed to get that finished due to all the shit I was trying to include in there. Then Mar 15th happened and I still didn't get anything done - partly because I've been "noticed" by the good ol' Church of Scientology. Still trying to work out how I should respond, as unsurprisingly the Citizen's Advice Burueau is no help whatsoever.

In fact, due to two unconnected recent events I think I might need to lawyer up - anyone have any recommendations?

I'm currently toying around with Jabber, Twitter and Pidgin - which seems to be an awful lot better than GAIM was and has taken over from Trillian as my client of choice. So I'm back on IM and bored. Someone entertain me - we can talk about whether guinea pigs experience life as visual-based solipsists or something far less pretentious and potentially much more interesting.

Does anyone know where tomorrow's Autechre gig is? Still being listed as "TBC" on the Ae MySpace.

This might stop me from throwing a load of money at the $300 box set. Although listening to the previews, I might just buy it and sod the consequences.

UPDATE: bought the $75 set (mainly for the multitrack DVD) and they stung me for $50 shipping, the bastards.
