Thank you for visiting my page. I'm an indie game developer from rural Japan with a somewhat unusual lifestyle.
By day, I work in a factory where my tasks change daily. By evening and on weekends, I'm involved in my local community, participating in the unique events and traditions that come with country life. And in the moments between, I create games.
I have a strong interest in Artificial Intelligence. My dream is to see a future where AI handles our labor, freeing humanity to pursue passion, creativity, and play. I believe games are not just an escape, but a fundamental part of a fulfilling life.
This philosophy is the driving force behind my work. I want to create deep, engaging experiences that can be enjoyed in a world with more free time.
My flagship project, Yu Roguelike, is a testament to this vision. It's a game that got a little out of hand, but it's also a product of a unique development process.
While the core code was completed in an intense three-month sprint, it was built upon a lifetime of knowledge. I leveraged AI development agents like Codex for parallel development and managed the project with Git, but the game's soul—its systems, its minigames, its core ideas—comes from decades of playing and analyzing countless games since childhood.
So, when I say it's the result of "many years of development," it's not an exaggeration. It's the culmination of a lifelong passion for games, brought to life with the help of modern technology.
I hope you enjoy exploring the strange and wonderful world I've built.
