About

I am a graduate of the University of Sunderland, with a BSc (Hons) in Games Software Development. I have been using C# for 7 years now and I am capable of writing complex programs to a good object-oriented standard.

In my free time, I like to research different and more efficient methods of accomplishing a task. I have also started doing 3D modelling using 3ds Max and using Photoshop and Quixel Suite to develop detailed textures with a focus on physically based rendering. I have been working with various versions of the Unreal Engine since 1999 and am currently looking to build my C++ knowledge with Unreal Engine 4. I’m also learning how to develop using Unity, and I’m looking into programming directly with DirectX!

I am also an avid gamer and I love adventure games like Metroid and The Legend of Zelda, along with FPSs like Unreal Tournament and Serious Sam. I love speedrunning, and I always watch AGDQ and SGDQ when they’re on – completely worth losing 2 weeks of the year! I also do a little speedrunning of Super Metroid, Super Mario 64 and BioShock Infinite.

You can keep up to date on various projects by checking out my GitHub here, or through the link on the menu bar at the top. You can also download my CV here.

Some options, such as Unreal and Unreal Engine 4, have drop-downs showing larger projects I’ve worked on, such as university assessments. Don’t forget to click on the options themselves to see stuff that isn’t in a drop-down!
