Understanding the structure and function of proteins and RNAs is fundamental to modern biology and medicine.
Our lab develops advanced AI-driven algorithms to predict the three-dimensional structures of proteins and
RNAs directly from their primary sequences, and to elucidate their biological functions through an integrated
sequence–structure–function framework. We further combine large-scale computational modeling with biochemical
and biophysical validation to design novel biomolecules—including proteins, peptides, and RNAs—with enhanced
or entirely new functionalities beyond those found in nature.
