At Zip•UP Ceiling® and UnderDeck®, it’s all about our unique system created to provide a polished, simple solution that not only provides water control but enhances your space.

In the early 2000s, the Maley family discovered a need for a product that could be easily installed, was easy to clean, and trapped water from leaking through. Thus, Zip•UP Ceiling® and UnderDeck® came to be under the Maley’s ideation and creation. In 2010, after learning about the product, MP Global Products came on board to further develop the marketing and manufacturing.

Since then, Zip•UP has transformed into what it is today: a leader in the industry of under deck drainage and protection that provides a polished look to overhead spaces. What makes Zip•UP unique is it can be used in a variety of spaces and applications including residential or commercial ceilings, walkways, and soffit systems. Zip•UP stands out from similar products because of its ease of installation, option to remove/replace panels for cleaning or access to plumbing/electrical components, and ability to channel water from above to your gutter system (for under deck).
