Aaron Elijah Mars is an entrepreneur working on autonomous AI agents and the infrastructure around them. He founded Aeon, a framework for agents that run themselves on a schedule and ship real work, and MiroShark, a pipeline for large-scale social simulation. He is also the creator of SOUL.md, the open format for giving an AI agent a personality: plain markdown files, distilled from a person's own writing, that let any model think and write as them.

His work spans the agent stack: open-source security hardening, onchain payment rails for machine-to-machine commerce (x402), and tooling that lets autonomous systems operate with no human in the loop. He writes about AGI, agent design, and crypto on Substack and X.
