I'm Adil — an engineer who started a company because I wanted to own the whole outcome, not just my slice of it. Techriv is my AI SaaS studio, where a senior team takes products from rough idea to something people pay for and rely on.

My own work is AI-first. I build the intelligence layer of products — retrieval-augmented generation that stays accurate as data grows, agentic flows with sensible guardrails, vector search that's fast at scale, and multi-step reasoning that holds up on real inputs, not just curated demos. Around that intelligence I build the actual product, engineered in Java and Next.js. It's the difference between using AI and engineering it — most people wrap an API and call it a product; I build the system that makes it reliable.

That instinct comes from years before Techriv. I re-architected the full stack behind YouExec, a platform with over a million users, designing the backend single-handedly and shipping AI features that moved real revenue. Working at that scale teaches you the gap between code that runs in a demo and code that survives a million people using it — and everything I build now lives on the right side of that gap.
