// why I built this

I noticed something about myself. When I consistently do a few things each day (a workout, read something inspiring, make a real connection, write, and journal), I'm noticeably better mentally.

When I stop doing one or more, I feel the difference.

So I built the simplest possible way to make those things non-negotiable. Nothing more, nothing to distract from actually doing them.
