Questions
Do guests need to download an app?
No. They scan the code on their table and the camera opens on their phone. On iPhone it opens as an App Clip, a small piece of the app that needs no install.
Can guests upload photos from their camera roll?
No, and that's the point. Everything in the album was shot through Confetti Cam, on the night. That's what makes the morning-after reveal work.
How many photos does each guest get?
You choose. It's 20 by default, and you can change it any time before the wedding. A short video clip counts as one shot.
When do we see the photos?
The morning after, all at once, sorted by who took them. If you'd rather watch them arrive live, you can switch that on during setup.
What if our plans change?
Full refund before the wedding date, one click from your event page. After the wedding, email us and we'll sort it out.
