One schedule, one uptime monitor, or one heartbeat. They share a single cap on every plan. Starter includes 2 combined items, with at most 1 uptime monitor at a 1-day cadence and 1 heartbeat at an hourly cadence. Pro covers 3 to 20 combined items and Ultra 25 to 1,000, mixed however you like.

What happens when I hit my cap?

Nothing breaks. Everything you have already created keeps running exactly as before. You just cannot create new schedules, monitors, or heartbeats until you delete something or move up a tier. When you try, the app shows the smallest plan that fits.

Can I switch plans or cancel at any time?

Yes, from the Billing page in the app. Moving to a bigger plan takes effect immediately and you only pay the prorated difference. Moving to a smaller plan is scheduled for your next renewal date, so you keep what you paid for until then. Cancelling works the same way: paid features stay on until the end of the period you have paid for, then your account returns to Starter.

Is there a refund policy?

Yes. If Crontap is not right for you, email support@crontap.com within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full, no questions asked. This applies to your first monthly or annual payment on any paid plan.

Why is VAT added at checkout?

Prices on this page exclude VAT. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which calculates and collects VAT or sales tax for your country during checkout and issues a compliant invoice, so the final amount depends on where you are.

Will I lose anything if I downgrade or cancel?

No. Your schedules, monitors, heartbeats, and history are never deleted when you move down or cancel. After a cancelled plan ends, everything keeps running on Starter, but paid-only features such as 1-minute cadence, Slack, Discord, and Telegram channels, and AI integrations pause until you upgrade again, and you cannot add items above the Starter cap. To switch to a smaller paid plan you first delete enough items to fit its cap; the Billing page tells you exactly how many.
