Does USDC earn interest on its own?
USDC does not earn yield on its own. Quicknode Earn deposits it into curated Morpho vaults where borrowers pay interest and the vault shares you hold become more valuable. See how USDC yield works.
What is Quicknode Earn?
Quicknode Earn is a non-custodial USDC yield optimizer. It watches curated Morpho ERC-4626 vaults on 7 chains and moves your USDC to the highest-yielding eligible vault. You keep custody the whole time.
Is my USDC safe with Quicknode Earn?
Your USDC never sits in a Quicknode wallet. Vault shares mint straight to your address. OpenZeppelin audited the Earn contract. Smart-contract risk in the underlying Morpho vaults still applies.
How much does Quicknode Earn cost?
Earn charges a flat fee per rebalance, equal to the gas cost times a small per-chain factor of 1.1x to 5x. Chains with higher gas costs get a lower factor. Earn never takes a percentage of your yield. There is no management fee.
Which chains does Quicknode Earn support?
Ethereum, Optimism, Unichain, Polygon, Monad, Base and Arbitrum. You choose the chain set when you create a strategy. Earn moves USDC between your chosen chains with Circle's CCTP V2.
Can I withdraw at any time?
Yes. There is no lockup and no token. Only your wallet can close a strategy. Withdrawal speed depends on the withdrawable liquidity in the vaults you hold.
What APY can I expect?
APY is variable and changes with market rates. Earn reports the share-price APY of each vault and does not include token rewards. Past vault performance does not predict future results.
