What do I get with a free account?

Save up to 3 cloud projects with 50 people each. New accounts receive 5 starter AI credits once, with no automatic refill.

What happens when my AI credits run out?

You can still edit, save, and export your diagrams within the free plan limits. AI generation and AI edits require credits. Paid plans are not available yet.

Which formats can I export?

Export PNG images, use print / PDF, and download a JSON backup. SVG and advanced exports are planned for Pro and are not available in the free plan.

Can I edit the AI result?

Yes. Review the generated draft before applying it, then edit people, relationships, and health history on the canvas.

How is a genogram different from a family tree?

A family tree maps ancestry. A genogram also records relationship patterns and health history across generations.

Where is my family information saved?

Guest drafts stay in this browser. Signed-in projects are saved to your account. AI requests send your description and, for edits, the diagram to the configured provider. Use fictional or deidentified cases during Beta.
