👩🏻💻 I'm a CS PhD candidate at UIUC's Conversational AI Lab, advised by Prof. Dilek Hakkani-Tür.
🔬 My research focuses on AI Evaluation and Trustworthiness, especially in dialogue and user-centered settings. My work draws on both NLP and HCI to find what can unexpectedly happen after AI systems are deployed and used by real, non-malicious users, why it happens, how we can operationalize it, and how we can fix it.
