I work on backend systems at scale (distributed architectures, transactional data), focused on concurrency and failure recovery. Comfortable with full stack when needed.
On the research side, GPU partitioning and scheduling for ML workloads.
- MoMo (fintech unicorn) · SWE Intern (2026): shipped an event-driven onboarding platform to 40+ engineers, then re-architected state ownership and extended it into a 30M+ user payment system.
- USF Honors College · Software Developer (2026–Present): building USF's Research Portal serving 30k+ students and faculty.
- USF Real-Time Systems Lab · Research Assistant (2025–Present): improving GPU predictability by profiling interference between concurrent kernels.
fault-tolerant-payment-service: A payment ledger designed to withstand crashes and race conditions: no money lost, duplicated, or overdrawn under 100 concurrent withdrawals, a mid-transaction crash, and a full Redis blackout.
honors-inventory-system: Rebuilt a single-user prototype into a multi-user system, migrating from a redeploy-wiped file to a Postgres database behind its own API.
- Backend: Java, Vert.x, Spring Boot, C#, .NET, PostgreSQL, Oracle, Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, gRPC, Docker
- Full-stack: TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Next.js, Node, Express, Python, FastAPI
- Research: C, C++, CUDA, Linux
- Extras: OpenCV, MediaPipe, Google ADK, ElevenLabs
