We have tried to discover something unusual in the community: we used network analysis and data mining techniques to discover interesting patterns and glean useful facts that could be used to improve communications.

We used a correspondence network from an influential and well known firm.

In order to visualize the data, we used d3.js, a powerful visualization toolkit in JavaScript. For the computational aspect, we used the Stanford Network Analysis Project (SNAP)
