Global Hypertext is a consultancy for the open web. I advise companies on things related to web standards, accessibility, open source software and building web applications.

I do this without any use of so-called "AI" technologies.

I believe these technologies are harmful to society in a number of ways, and I'm not looking to work with companies that use them.

I'm Matt Lee (aka mattl), someone with a longtime commitment to the web. I have been building things for the web since 1993, and I have more than 25 years experience in the free/open source software community. Since 2009, I have run and operated the open source music community Libre.fm, which boasts more than 350,000 users and a database of more than 365 million unique entries from users. I run this by myself and on a shoestring budget.
