LineSheetFlow is a browser-based wholesale line sheet and catalog maker for small brands. Turn a product CSV and photos into branded catalogs and customer price lists for retail buyers.
Who is it for?
Independent brands, makers and wholesale sellers preparing product ranges for boutiques, stockists, distributors or sales reps. Apparel, jewelry, stationery, beauty, packaged goods and homewares can all use the same workflow.
What product details can I include?
Import a CSV or add products manually. Include photos, SKU, description, specifications, wholesale price, suggested retail price, selling unit, minimum order quantity, case pack and up to four custom attributes. Match JPEG or PNG photos by SKU. Each sellable size or color uses its own SKU and row; there is no size matrix.
What can I send to buyers?
Create image cards, a compact list, collection lookbook, product details, case-pack pricing or a printable order worksheet. All six layouts support your logo, colors, contact details and terms, with A4 or US Letter pages. These are PDF catalogs for sharing; LineSheetFlow does not publish eBay listings, manage inventory or collect buyer orders.
How do repeat orders and price changes work?
Pro supports customer discounts and fixed product quotes. Reimport a CSV to review price changes and new products by SKU before applying them. Keep existing photos, layout and fixed quotes, then export customer PDFs together in a ZIP. A project supports up to 500 products and 30 customer price versions.

What does Pro include?
Pro costs $9.90 USD per month or $99 USD per year, billed upfront for the selected period. Both plans include clean PDF downloads, multiple projects, private cloud backups, customer prices, CSV updates and batch exports. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Downloaded PDFs remain yours after cancellation; new exports and cloud saves require active Pro access.
