Do I need to change my voter registration?
Washington State does not have party registration for voters. You can be a Libertarian Party member regardless of your voter registration status.
Can I still vote in major party primaries?
Yes. Washington uses a top-two primary system where all candidates appear on the same ballot regardless of party. Your LPWA membership does not affect your ability to vote for any candidate.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel at any time by contacting us. Recurring payments can be canceled through your payment provider.
Is my donation tax-deductible?
Contributions to the LPWA are not tax-deductible for federal income tax purposes, as we are a political party, not a charitable organization.
