I want the reason for a product decision to stay with the work.

I build Outcomet to help product teams decide what to work on next, with the customer feedback and reasoning behind that choice still in view.

I'm Andy Görnt.

I'm based in Karlsruhe, Germany. I studied computer science and started as a developer. Since then, I've worked as a Product Owner, Head of Product and CPO, leading product teams across several companies.

I've written the tickets myself and been responsible for deciding which work belongs on the roadmap. Outcomet comes from that experience.

My product map used to be on a wall.

When I went to customer interviews, I took notes by hand. What people said, where they struggled, what they needed to get done.

Back at the office, I used those notes to build a user story map on the wall next to my team. I also used Jira. The tickets were often small reminders pointing back to that map.

That is something I want to keep in Outcomet: being able to look at a piece of work and find the customer problem behind it. And when someone asks why it matters, having somewhere to start the conversation.
