Will this get me banned?

An account has nothing running on your PC, so there is nothing to detect. The risk is the previous owner trying to recover it, which is what full email access and up to a week of cover are for. Get the inbox password the day it arrives, change both passwords, and the old owner has nothing left to recover it with.

Can the person who owned the account before take it back?

That is the right thing to worry about, and it is why we only sell accounts with full email access. You get the password to the inbox the account is registered to, plus a guide for changing both passwords and turning on 2FA. Do it the day it arrives and the old owner has nothing left to recover it with.

What if it doesn't work when it arrives?
