Stablecoin payments for merchants

Paid in crypto.
Settled in fiat.

Non-custodial payments for merchants. Your customer pays in stablecoins; you receive fiat, with payout terms you authorize.

A fresh address for every invoice. Each one yours.

Every invoice derives a new address from your wallet's keys — a vault that is cryptographically yours before a single coin arrives. Addresses never repeat, so nobody can add up your sales by watching one account.

One wallet. A different address for every payment.

Scattered to receive.
Gathered to settle.

Your team and StablePay jointly sign a minimum payout and currency for the payment. The acquirer supplies a signed quote that must meet those terms. The contract verifies the authorization and payout floor, and the treasury verifies the quote — all in the same transaction that moves the funds and records the settlement.

Receive scattered

Each invoice pays into its own address. Observers see unrelated transfers.

Your terms before movement

Your threshold-signed authorization sets the minimum payout. A quote below it cannot settle.

Settle in fiat, T+1

Fills batch into one bank deposit — in your account by the next business day.

Non-custodial.
Yet you never touch the crypto.

It's paradoxical and yet, it works.

Your wallet is created in your browser. Settlement uses two signing shares: one unlocked by an authorized member of your team, one held by StablePay. Together, they sign the payment’s payout currency and minimum amount. The contract verifies that authorization and rejects an acquirer quote below your minimum. StablePay’s share cannot authorize settlement alone.

Your team

Merchant share

Unlocked locally by a member with wallet access.

StablePay

Server share

Co-signs your minimum payout and currency.

Together

One authorization

Sets the payout floor that the acquirer’s quote must meet.

Access belongs to people

Each team member has a personal encrypted vault. Wallet access is granted to their own key; a view-only account cannot retrieve the merchant’s signing share.

Your private keys stay private

The service stores your full wallet keys encrypted. An authorized administrator with wallet access can reveal them; decryption happens in the browser.
