This might include any existing branding, information about your business, your goals, imagery and any websites or visual references you like. We'll guide you through everything with simple project workbooks, so you're never left wondering what to send us.

Starting something completely new? That's fine too. Bring whatever ideas you have — even if they're rough — and we'll help you turn them into a clear direction.

No — we can take care of the copy for you.

We'll write the website copy as part of the project, and you'll have the opportunity to review and change it during the feedback stages. If you'd rather provide your own copy, that's completely fine too. It's entirely up to you.

Feedback and revisions are built into the project from the start.

Our project journey includes set stages where we'll develop and present the direction, gather your feedback and refine the work before moving forward.

We don't put an arbitrary cap on the number of revisions. The aim is to get the project right, not to count amendment rounds. As long as changes remain within the agreed project scope, we'll keep refining things with you until we're happy to move forward.

Projects are split into two simple payments.

A 50% deposit is paid upfront to secure your project and get things started. We'll then complete the full project, including all agreed review and revision stages. Once everything has been approved and is ready to go live, the remaining 50% is due before the website is published.

Yes. Once the project is complete and the final payment has been made, the website is yours.

We'll transfer ownership of the finished site to you and help get everything set up under your details. Slump can remain connected to the site for ongoing support and future changes, but you'll retain ownership and control of your website.

There are no ongoing fees paid to Slump by default.

Your website is a one-off project fee. After launch, there will usually be a small monthly cost for website hosting, plus annual costs for things like your domain and any workspace or email accounts you choose to set up.

These are third-party costs and are paid directly to the relevant providers, not to Slump.

If you'd like ongoing support — such as SEO, additional development or future website updates — we can arrange that separately as an optional add-on.

Once the site is live, how involved we remain is completely up to you.

We'd recommend keeping Slump as an administrator on the site so we can easily help if you need support, changes or further development in the future.

If you'd prefer to manage everything yourself, that's absolutely fine too. You'll own the site and can remove our access whenever you like.
