Stop renting your social media scheduler. Own it.
Social Quack is a social media scheduler you buy once and run on your Mac. Tell Claude or ChatGPT what you want to say; Social Quack quacks it out to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X and more, right on time.
Brainstorm a week of posts about my startup socialquack.com for my ICP to help me generate more sales - one per day at around 9am, include the weekend.
Done. 7 posts scheduled to LinkedIn, X and Threads — first one goes out Monday 09:07. Want me to fill up the entire month?

Why Social Quack
Buy it once
Typical schedulers rent for $29 a month, forever. Social Quack is one payment — it pays for itself in five months, then keeps working for years.
Own your data
It runs on your Mac. Your accounts, your API keys, your queue — in a local database no SaaS can hold hostage, rate-limit or shut down.
Talks to your AI
A built-in MCP server connects Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor straight to your queue. Brainstorm, schedule, reshuffle — in plain English, no dashboard clicking.
Up and running in three steps
- 1
Install
Download the app, open it, done. No Docker, no command line — Social Quack appears in your menu bar.
- 2
Connect
Link your accounts with guided setup for each platform. Credentials stay encrypted on your machine.
- 3
Talk
One click connects Claude. Then just ask: “plan my week”, “move Friday's post”, “what's queued?”
See what's going out, at a glance
Scheduled, drafts, published, failed — the whole queue on one screen, whether you wrote the post or Claude did.

Everything a scheduler should do
And nothing that needs a growth team.
Queue & calendar
See the week at a glance, drag things around, reuse what worked.
Threads
Write once with simple separators — Social Quack posts the chain correctly on every platform.
Images
Attach once; each platform gets the right size, format and alt text handling.
Workspaces
Separate brands or clients — each with its own channels and queue.
Timezone-safe
9am means 9am, even across DST switches. The scheduler does the date math so your AI doesn't have to.
Keys you own
Other schedulers push your content through their own shared API keys — if they get rate-limited or banned, so do you. Here the developer app is yours, so the limits and the access are yours alone.
Free mode
Two channels and ten queued posts free, forever. Upgrade when it earns it.
One price. Yours forever.
No seats, no monthly meter, no “contact sales”.

Questions, answered
How easy is it to install and use?
As easy as any Mac app: download, drag into your Applications folder, done. An icon appears in your menu bar, you connect your accounts step by step, and from then on you just talk — “plan my week” — or use the built-in web interface. No servers, no command line, no Docker.
How is this different from Buffer or Hootsuite?
Those are subscriptions running on someone else's servers. Social Quack is software you buy once — installing it is a drag-and-drop into your Applications folder, and your data never leaves your machine. The price never recurs. Plus none of them let you schedule a week of posts by chatting with Claude.
Which AI assistants work with it?
Claude Desktop connects with one click. Claude Code, Cursor and other MCP clients connect with a copy-paste. ChatGPT is supported too. You can also just use the Mac app without any 3rd party clients.
What does “bring your own keys” mean?
For some platforms (like X) you create a free developer app and paste in its keys — guided, a few minutes, once. It means your posting limits are yours alone and no middleman can lose platform access for everyone at once.
Do I have to pay for updates?
You don't — updates are included for life. Every release we ship is yours, at no extra cost, on the license you already have. Your license never expires either: the software stays yours.
Is there a refund policy?
14 days, no questions asked. We refund the full price minus the payment processor's non-refundable fees. If Social Quack doesn't stick, you get the rest back.
