These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SuperX (the web application at app.superx.so, the Chrome extension, the API, CLI and MCP server, the free tools at superx.tools, and the website superx.so), provided by TMAKER, trading as SuperX ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
SuperX helps you grow on Twitter/X: analytics, post writing and scheduling, engagement tools, lead discovery, direct message tools, a Chrome extension, a public API, CLI and MCP server, and free tools at superx.tools. Some features use AI. The Service connects to your X account and may also connect to Bluesky.
You must be at least 16 years old and old enough to hold an X account under X's rules. If you use the Service for a company, you confirm you may bind it to these Terms.
You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Service. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
By creating an account you agree to receive product news and tips from SuperX by email. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time; account and subscription notices are not affected.
You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not:
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.
• Engage in any activity that could harm or impair the performance or security of the Service.
You must not use the Service to send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or content that violates the X Rules or X Developer Agreement; to automate actions in a way X prohibits; to scrape or resell data obtained through the Service; or to share your API keys. We may suspend accounts that put our access to the X platform at risk.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding your personal data.
All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to software, design, text, images, and trademarks, are owned by us or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own use, including business use, in line with these Terms. You keep all rights to content you create and publish through SuperX.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service for cause, with notice where reasonably possible, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination we stop accessing your X account and handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy. You can also revoke SuperX's access from your X account settings at any time.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Nothing in this section affects rights that consumers have under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use of or inability to use the Service; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service; (d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Service by any third party; (e) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service; and/or (f) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.
Our total liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on our website or through other communications. By continuing to use the Service after such changes, you agree to the revised Terms.
We will give at least 14 days' notice by email or in the app before material changes take effect.
AI-generated drafts, replies and insights can be wrong or unsuitable. You are responsible for what you publish. Content you submit to AI features is processed by third-party model providers as described in our Privacy Policy.
Paid plans are billed in advance by subscription through Stripe (some older accounts through Lemon Squeezy). You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the current period. Plan allowances reset monthly and do not carry over; separately purchased credits stay on your account until used.
We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of purchase.
If you are a consumer in the EU, your statutory right of withdrawal applies in addition to this policy.
API keys are tied to your account; keep them secret and revoke them if exposed. Rate limits apply per key and per plan and are shown in response headers; requests over the limit return 429. We may change limits or endpoints with reasonable notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service that cannot be settled amicably will be brought before the competent courts of Paris, France. If you are a consumer, this is without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of residence. You may also contact support@superx.so to seek an amicable resolution before any court action.
The Service is provided by TMAKER, a French limited liability company (SARL) with a share capital of 1,000 EUR, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 895 032 514 (VAT FR08895032514), registered office: 59 rue de Ponthieu, Bureau 326, 75008 Paris, France. Publication director: Thibault Louis-Lucas, Manager. The website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA, and the application by Amazon Web Services.
