Ethereum and Tron still hold about 80% of all stablecoin supply. Sending USDT or USDC still means holding ETH or TRX for gas. Four L1s are trying to change that: @tempo, @Stable, @arc, and @Plasma. Each one bets on a different actor, not a different feature.
