You

I've started lifting again but I keep forgetting what weights I used last time. I have dumbbells and a bench at home, and about half an hour on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Could you make me a simple workout tracker with a plan to start from and somewhere to log my sets and weights so I can see how I'm improving?

Built you the whole thing — a three-day dumbbell-and-bench plan for Mon/Wed/Fri, plus a log that remembers every set and weight. It's building now; I'll hand it over in a sec.

It's live — Home Lifting Tracker is in the thread above, ready to use.

What's in it:
- Today tab — the session for whichever day it is, with a row per exercise. Type the weight and reps you did, hit save, done.
- Plan tab — the full Mon/Wed/Fri dumbbell-and-bench routine, 18 movements, six per day. Add, edit, or swap anything that doesn't fit your setup.
- Progress tab — every logged set, so you can see the numbers climb.

Two things that should scratch the actual itch: each exercise shows what you lifted last time, pre-filled so you're not guessing, and it suggests a next weight when you've hit the top of the rep range.

Start light on the first week — the weights I seeded are just a sensible starting guess, not a prescription. Log what you actually manage and the suggestions will follow you from there.

Want me to adjust the plan (different days, more or less volume, a warm-up/cool-down slot), or add anything like a bodyweight or a notes field per session?

What Nym does with a request

Keep going
after you’ve made a plan.

You don’t need to know every step before asking for help. Ask for a workout log or a gift shortlist you can keep using. Your Nym can build that app and look things up with your saved logins. You can ask it to write to a shop or a dentist too. On Plus, you can get texts too. You approve any purchase first.

Had a bad week, or have less time or money? Tell your Nym and adjust the plan together. It remembers between conversations, so you do not start over. You choose which accounts it can use.

Pick up the conversation on your phone

Just text your Nym.

Halfway through dinner and missing an ingredient? Text an update. You can keep the conversation going from your phone. Texting is included on Plus.

You: Actually I've just checked and the yogurt's gone. Will it still work without it?

Marlowe: Yep, it'll still work — yogurt's the nice-to-have here, not the backbone. It's doing two jobs: creaminess and a bit of tang. Lose it and you've got a slightly sharper, thinner tomato-chickpea stew, which is still a good dinner.
