Terms of Service

Your account, your content, and the terms for using Replier.

What Replier does

Replier helps creators and small teams turn post comments into private follow-up. You connect an eligible channel, configure keyword settings, and choose the message workflow you want Replier to run.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activity that happens through your Replier account. You must have the right to connect and manage any channel you use with Replier.

Platform rules

Replier depends on platform APIs. You agree to use Replier in a way that complies with applicable laws, platform policies, channel rules, and messaging requirements. Platform permissions, review status, and API behavior may change.

Acceptable use

Do not use Replier to spam people, send deceptive messages, collect data for resale, violate platform rules, or run workflows that users did not reasonably ask for. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service or create risk for other users.

Plans and billing

Each eligible Personal workspace can actively start one 14-day Creator trial without payment details. The trial does not renew automatically. At expiry, the workspace returns to the Free Plan with 100 auto-DMs per monthly period and saved data is retained. Trial DMs count toward the current Free allowance. For paid features, choose a subscription and confirm its price, billing interval and applicable tax at checkout. Paid subscriptions renew until canceled through billing controls. Stripe handles payment details; Replier does not store the full payment account number. Existing subscriptions and trials previously started through Stripe keep their agreed billing terms.

Availability and accuracy

We work to keep Replier reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, delivery of every message, detection of every comment, or continued access to every Meta API feature. Replier is provided as a workflow tool, not a guaranteed messaging system.

Your content

You keep ownership of the automations, message text, and account content you configure in Replier. You grant us the limited permission needed to process that content, run the service, troubleshoot issues, and comply with lawful obligations.

Liability

Replier is provided as-is to the fullest extent allowed by law. We are not liable for lost leads, missed comments, platform outages, account restrictions, or decisions you make based on the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid Replier in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product, platform requirements, or legal obligations change. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify active users. Continued use of Replier after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
