Yes. After an image completes, use Animate as video — a common text to image then animate path. The still is prefilled so you do not re-upload. Credits for the next step are shown before you confirm.

Do new accounts get signup credits?

Yes. New accounts receive a small signup allotment for a watermarked entry-level preview. The allotment can vary by region and may cover an entry-level image before a video pack is needed. Free image downloads include a corner watermark; free videos show a brand overlay and stay download-locked until you unlock HD.
